Breakfast
Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? I think so because when I skip it, I get so hungry that I will usually eat anything in sight for the rest of the day. My favorite breakfast is locally produced scrambled eggs or poached eggs on toast, with sodium nitrite-free bacon and organic, fair trade, shade grown decaf coffee with organic half and half and vanilla flavored stevia. I also like oat bran hot cereal, which is easy to make. Just get some oat bran, organic is best:-) Measure 3/4 of a cup and add to 2 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook until it thickens, then serve hot. I like it sprinkled with organic cinnamon and a bit of raw milk. Yum. Cinnamon is naturally sweet, and so it really does not need any extra sweetening. Enjoy!
